Inner Peace Paintings art gallery

“Throughout my bumpy life, creativity has always been a form of therapy for me. By focusing my energy on something I can create myself, I enter a meditative state where I can be close to myself. This has allowed me to heal and experience moments of pure bliss and happiness. As a musician and dancer, I’ve been able to unleash my creativity for years.
At night, I often receive very clear messages. When I wake up, I have to get started right away. I write a text or a song, or a choreography pops into my head, or new delicious dishes appear in my kitchen… So one day, I picked up a brush and acrylic paint and spontaneously put the messages from my soul on canvas. The magical interplay of the many colors gave me so much joy that I soon developed a taste for painting regularly.
My initial goal was to express my own feelings in a way that would make my heart sing. But after a year, I suddenly felt the need to show my work and organize an exhibition. It was a revelation for me to seeing how connecting art is. I met special people who were touched by my creations. They motivated me to keep going. Before I started painting, I organized “Inner Peace Sounds” (concerts with mantras and sounds), and now “Inner Peace Paintings” was born.”

It feels as if everything is being taken over from me; I let myself be carried away, I surrender, I am a channel, I let go and feel whole and connected. Marianne has exhibited her work in various locations: in Belgium, in La Palma, including at El Viento in Puntagorda, and at Inge Stender’s art gallery in El Hierro. During the Tijarafe choir concert in November 2024, she painted four paintings set to music, which were auctioned off for charity (“Pintando canciones”).
