Who is Marianne Vanrutten?

Marianne1

Marianne is an enthusiastic and idealistic people, ─animals, ─and nature lover. Her infectious zest for life and extraordinary resilience are inspiring to people. Thanks to the knowledge she gained through her own developmental trauma, her life experience as a high sensitive person, through years of study and through her work as a holistic coach, she knows how to offer people tools for healing and transformation. In Belgium, She guided clients in her holistic practice Sachra and she was ambassador of H.S.P.
Flanders for the province of Limburg.

After a bumpy life path with many tough challenges, she also survived a relationship with a man
with antisocial personality disorder Cluster B (psychopath).
Her story was published by the Cabildo of La Palma in the book “Voces de coraje” (“Courageous Voices”), as a tribute to all women who have survived partner violence and as a heartfelt encouragement to all women still stuck in abusive relationships.
Marianne is also one of the characters in the film ‘The possibility of man’, a documentary about hope, shot in La Palma.

She especially explores themes such as (childhood) trauma, (recovery from) narcissistic abuse, co─dependency, learning to let go, transformation, creating your own reality with the power of your thoughts, self-healing methods, …

In her own growth among other things, art and creativity play a very important role. She sings, dances, plays the harmonium, paints, writes, cooks, … in short, she is always creative/artistic. (FB: Inner Peace Paintings)

Her strong connection with nature also makes her happy. Thanks in part to yoga and meditation,
she leads a beautiful and powerful life.

Another of Marianne’s great passions is travelling. As a volunteer, she has had the opportunity to discover other cultures in various places around the world. Among other things, the nomadic lifestyle she led in the Jordanian and Egyptian deserts was an unforgettable and rich experience. And her stay at Amma’s ashram in India also accelerated her process of self-realisation. During one of her last volunteer trips, she discovered the Canary Islands. And there she eventually stuck … to one of the most beautiful energetic power places … La Palma; “la isla bonita”, “the beautiful island”, “the island of eternal spring”.
